Developments and advances in the world of technology supported by unlimited internet access have succeeded in providing opportunities and challenges. Technological advances in the 4.0 era require today's life to be faster and more practical. Various types of applications were created as technology whose functions can replace various human activities. The enormous utilization of technology in Indonesia has an impact on several fields, one of which is in the field of business or industry which later gave birth to online trading or e-commerce. However, another impact of the rapid growth of technology and the internet is not only in the trade industry, but also in the Indonesian financial industry. This is marked by the rise of e-money in Indonesia. Electronic money or digital money is conventional money in digital form. This means that the value of money in the balance can also be said to be electronic money belonging to the user. However, when exchanged or users make cash withdrawals, they convert their electronic money into digital money. The important thing to note is in making transactions on electronic money, especially related to digital wallets. With the direct use of digital wallets in the community, it is important to know the rights and responsibilities of digital wallets, especially by digital wallet users. OVO is a smart application that provides online payment and transaction services (OVO Cash). OVO will also provide an opportunity to collect points every time you make a payment transaction through OVO Points. In general, OVO Cash can be used for various kinds of payments at various merchants that have collaborated with OVO. OVO Points are loyalty rewards for those who make transactions using OVO Cash at OVO partner merchants.
