Tourism is one of the largest contributors to the country's foreign exchange. Tourism has a variety of potentials that are currently being utilized and developed in many countries. The international tourism market is increasingly moving towards pristine areas towards those that can be created into a new destination. This trend brings opportunities for the development of Indonesian tourism because Indonesia is the largest archipelago. The problem is that various regions in developing concepts in the tourism sector have not mapped the various needs and development of regional potential so that it becomes a challenge to build sustainable tourism. Sustainable tourism will ultimately maintain economic stability in one region. Yogyakarta City is one of the areas that has the potential to develop sustainable tourism if it can map the potential and optimize existing resources. The purpose of this research is to map the supporting aspects and potential of tourism in Yogyakarta City.
