In managing village funds, both the Village Fund and the Village Fund Budget, the village government needs to collaborate with various parties. Limited capabilities, resources and networks that are supporting factors for the implementation of a program or policy encourage the government to collaborate with various parties so that collaborative cooperation can be established in achieving program or policy objectives. The involvement of various parties has the potential to advance the village by collaborating on the resources owned by various parties. The purpose of this research is to describe the collaborative governance model in the management of village funds in Lipulalongo Village, using qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, data is collected through observation, interviews and document study and analyzed by stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the management of village funds in Lipulalongo Village, Labobo District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi was carried out in collaboration between the village government, the community, the police and the private sector. The collaboration was carried out because of the limited capabilities and resources possessed by the Lipulalongo village government. To see things that are considered very important that can be prioritized, the government conducts deliberations from the hamlet level then at the village level.
